The size of each of the units is 850 square feet. Each apartment kitchen offers gorgeous granite countertops, modern bathrooms, and hardwood upgraded flooring throughout. We have made sure to sound insulate the floors and walls to keep each unit as private as possible. Just think, no yard work! The beautiful grounds are maintained by us. “Inside I have everything I need, two bedrooms, a nice living room, kitchen, and full bath. I walk out the back door and sit on the back patio that backs to the woods. Many a time I have shared this scenery with deer and other wildlife. Having climate controlled storage rooms in the middle of the building is very convenient for my belongings and the elevators make it easy for tenants to access the second level.”
